X-Files Movie Update From New York Comic Con

Pop Candy blogger Whitney Matheson reported a number of things from New York’s Comic Con, among them, some updates she got from The X-Files movie panel.
Unfortunately, not too many details were given out, with director/writer Christ Carter and writer/producer Frank Spotnitz commenting that “there are just too many opportunities for spoiler sites to ruin our fun.”
The New York Comic Con X-Files movie panel did provide this update: the movie, titled “I Want to Believe,” will take place in the present day (six years after the end of the series) and will focus on Mulder and Scully.
You’d think they could have thrown X-Files fans a few more clues, right?
