Christian Bale, who will be in Batman: The Dark Knight (Jul 18th) this year, appears very likely to be cast as John Connor in 2009’s Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins. This is the fourth film, and Governor Arnold Schwarznegger (aka Governor Terminator) will not appear.
Bale’s appearance in The Dark Knight is a followup to 2005’s Batman Begins and is a movie to look forward to in 2008. He will also be in Batman: Gotham Knight (2008, video) and Killing Pablo (2009).
