Whoopi Goldberg on Patrick Swayze’s cancer: “He’s taking it one day at a time.”

Patrick Swayze pal Whoopi Goldberg said in a recent interview that her Ghost co-star was in “good spirits.”

Whoopi Goldberg said of Patrick Swayze’s cancer: “He’s doing what everybody else is doing. He’s taking it one day at a time. He does not have an expiration date on his backside, you know, none of us do. We just know at some point it’s going to happen. That’s how he’s looking at it.”

Goldberg also commented that Swayze, who has been battling pancreatic cancer, is “thin, but he’s in good spirits.”
