Hey, guess what? That whole DUI car accident wasn’t Shia LaBeouf’s fault! Well, except that the dipshit was driving drunk – it was actually the other driver who ran a red light and caused the crash.

Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said that detectives determined that the other (unidentified) driver ran the light and will also be cited.
