Seth Rogen Slams Katherine Heigl for Knocked Up Comment Howard Stern (Video)
Seth Rogen and “Funny People” director Judd Apatow slammed Katherine Heigl during a Howard Stern radio show yesterday – responding to Heigl’s negative comments she made about the movie they all worked on, “Knocked Up.”
Check out the video clip above, which covers some of Seth Rogen’s comments about Katherine Heigl.
In a 2007 Vanity Fair, Heigl said Knocked Up “paints the women as shrews,” while the men look “lovable.” Heigl also commented at the time, “It was hard for me to love the movie.”
Knocked Up was really the movie that put Katherine Heigl on the map, so it was a sort of “bite the hand that feeds you” moment.
Seth Rogen slammed Heigl during Howard Sterns’ show, saying that her new movie “The Ugly Truth” doesn’t exactly put women in the best light either, commenting sarcastically, “That [movie] looks like it really puts women on a pedestal in a beautiful way.”
Judd Apatow gave Heigl a little wiggle room for the comment, figuring she was “probably was doing six hours of interviews and kissing everyone’s a**, and then just got tired and slipped a little bit”… however, Rogen said, “I didn’t slip and I was doing f****** interviews all day too … I didn’t say s***!”
Rogen slipped this little zinger in too: “I gotta say it’s not like we’re the only people she said some bat **** crazy things about. That’s kind of her bag now.”
