Sandra Bullock makes the news with this custody battle that seems a bit like a no-brainer. James’ ex, Lindemulder, was just released from prison after serving six months for tax evasion.

Janine Lindemulder is disputing whether Jesse James and Sandra Bullock have provided a good home for five-year-old Sunny.

Lindemulder remains in a halfway house until year’s end, then she can seek custody of her daughter.

Jesse James repeatedly received a text message saying, “U win. Sandra finally has her baby — congratulations.”

In a court statement, Jesse James says: “Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if [the girl] will be safe with [Lindemulder. She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”
