Roselyn Sanchez, probably best known for her role as Elena Delgado in the Jerry Bruckheimer-produced TV show Without a Trace, just got engaged to actor Eric Winter while on vacation recently. Sanchez has written/ produced one movie, Yellow, and will appear in The Perfect Sleep (2008). Winter will appear in Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008). Both have had roles in daytime soaps.
