Natascha McElhone’s husband, a plastic surgeon named Dr. Martin Kelly, was found dead on the doorstep of the couple’s London home. When paramedics arrived at the scene, they were unable to revive him. Martin Kelly was 42.

Natascha McElhone is perhaps best known for her roles in The Truman Show and Solaris, as well as TV’s Californication.

A Scotland Yard spokesman told People that the death was being treated as unexplained. A post-mortem examination will be performed Thursday.

Natascha McElhone, 36, is pregnant with the couple’s third child and was filming in Los Angeles and returning to London when Dr. Martin Kelly was discovered.
