Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH Movie Adaptation Planned

Paramount studios is developing a movie adaptation of the book “Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH,” which originally hit the big screen in 1982’s animated “The Secret of NIMH.”
The children’s book, which received the Newbery Medal in 1972, is about a mouse who moves her family and finds a group of former lab rats who have advanced techonology in their evolved society.
NIMH will likely be a combination of live-action and animation.
