I feel that this one was Mr. Rourke’s mistake. He needs to realize that what he does on film is a completely different thing than what happens in the ring. Moral of the story: Don’t talk smack to a pro wrestler.

Chris Jericho made himself look like a fool. Mickey Rourke made a challenge to Jericho because thats what wrestlers do and did not do so seriously. Meanwhile Chris Jericho, who is a fake wrestler, pretended to be offended and really made me feel bad for Mickey Rourke. Jericho clearly has no soul.

I think Mickey deserved it. When you talk smack about someone it can come back to haunt you just like this did. On the red carpet at the SAG awards Mickey Rourke claimed that he had signed a contract to wrestle Jerico and that he would “toss him around the ring like a salad.” Jerico is a tough dude and an aging actor shouldn’t be making challenges to a young ass kicker, that’s all I have to say. Rourke thinks he’s some kind of tough guy still, but he needs to think before he let’s his mouth get out of line…
