In a case of too much information, Matthew McConaughey’s mom, Kay McConaughey dishes about everything in her book “I Amaze Myself!” - including the death of Matthew’s dad, who died during sex.

I’m not sure we need to know that information, honestly, but Kay McConaughey relays how it all went down, saying:

“On Monday mornings, he and I often said goodbye by making love. But one day, all of a sudden, it just happened. I knew that something was wrong, because I didn’t hear anything from him. Just nothing. But it was just the best way to go!”

Kay McConaughey also says that Matthew’s dad was removed from the house naked, saying, “I was just so proud to show off my big old Jim McConaughey — and his gift.”

Wow, now we see where Matthew McConaughey gets his quirky personality from!
