Don’t get me wrong, I loved The Lost Boys — but I’m not so sure about the Lost Boys sequel (Lost Boys 2: The Tribe). For one, it’s got the two Coreys — Feldman and Haim — and that’s enough of a turnoff, considering they aren’t quirky kids any more.

Yep, twenty-one years later and we get the Lost Boys sequel. Have you been holding out for it? Corey Feldman told MTV News about Lost Boys 2: The Tribe:

“There’s more gore, there’s nudity, which there definitely wasn’t in the first film. And it’s modernized, everything from the wardrobe to the music to the types of bikes they’re riding.”

According to Corey Feldman, his character, Edgar Frog, “hasn’t changed” but he is “tougher and braver and edgier.”

Corey Haim will reprise his role as Sam Emerson, but don’t expect to see any Jason Patric in the Lost Boys sequel.
