It was only a matter of time before “My Fair Lady” ventured into remake land – but it sounds like it’s happening and Keira Knightley is rumored to take on the famed Audrey Hepburn role of Eliza Doolittle.

The studio has yet to comment on the casting, but it does look like Keira Knightley would be a suitable pick (then again, can anyone fill Audrey Hepburn’s shoes for this role?).

The My Fair Lady remake is expected to use the original score and still take place in 1912.
