Kate Winslet Ages for New Film Role; Picture of Old Kate Winslet

Movie makeup magic! Kate Winslet is magically transformed into an old woman with an exceptional makeup job for her new film, “The Reader.” This picture of an old Kate Winslet was taken on the set of The Reader in Berlin on Friday.
Kate Winslet plays Hanna Schmitz, an illiterate woman and former guard at Auschwitz for the Nazi organization under Adolf Hitler.
Kate Winslet has to age by several decades during the course of the film, which co-stars Ralph Fiennes. The Reader is set to open in theaters on December 12, 2008.
