Iron Man, starring Robert Downey Jr. (and directed by Jon Favreau) is expected to have a colossal opening weekend. But are the Iron Man reviews any good — is it really worth seeing?

The anwser - yes. The Internet is buzzing today with Iron Man movie reviews and most peg it as a great Marvel comic book film with excellent performances by the actors, most notably Robert Downey Jr in the title role.

Take a look at Metacritic.com, which rates Iron Man as an 80 out of 100 (generally favorable reviews) from 31 reviews. Metacritic users gave Iron Man even more favorable reviews — rating it 8.9 out of 10.
