Howard Stern to Produce “Rock ‘n’ Roll High School”

Howard Stern is planning to produce a remake of the 1979 film “Rock ‘n’ Roll High School.” Alex Winter, who played sidekick to Keanu Reeves in “Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure” will write the script.
The original “Rock ‘n’ Roll High School” featured punk rockers the Ramones helping a rebellious bunch of students fight “the man” (or at least the rock music hating principal!).
Howard Stern is also rumored to be working on a remake of 1982’s “Porky’s,” which seems completely unnecessary.

Remaking Rock & Roll High School seems a thousand times more unnecessary.
