Looks like there’s a family dispute going on in the case of Heath Ledger’s estate.

Heath Ledger’s father, Kim Ledger, has been managing his late son’s estate, but Heath’s uncles aren’t so sure Kim should be left in charge of the millions.

According to Heath’s uncles, Kim has a bad track record with managing finances and estates, including a botched job at managing their grandfather’s estate — resulting in Kim being removed as executor.

According to one of Heath Ledger’s uncles, “Our only vested interest is to assure that Matilda is well looked after. When you are talking about large sums of money like this, it should be an independent executor, but Kim hasn’t chosen that way.”
