Eartha Kitt “Santa Baby” Singer, Dancer, Actress Dead at Age 81

Sadly, the fabulous singer/dancer/actress Eartha Kitt died today at age 81. Eartha Kitt’s death followed her diagnosis and treatment for colon cancer.
Eartha Kitt is well-known for her sultry rendition of “Santa Baby,” her role as Catwoman on TV’s Batman and her talent as a dancer.
Earth Kitt appeared on Broadway and on the big screen in movies such as “New Faces of 1952,” ”St. Louis Blues,” “Boomerang” and “Harriet the Spy.” She also voiced Yzma in the Disney animated feature “The Emperor’s New Groove.”
News that Earth Kitt is dead is certainly sad to report on this happy holiday.
