Driving While Stupid? Mischa Barton, Rebecca De Mornay Charged For DUI
The list of Celebrity DUI charges just keeps growing, and it’s as often about drugs as booze. The latest celebrities charged are Rebecca De Mornay (Risky Busines, And God Created Woman) and Mischa Barton (Notting Hill, The Sixth Sense, Closing the Ring).
Seriously, are there no chaffeurs in Hollywood anymore? Are taxis less acceptable than driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol? What’s with this persistent Hollywood deathwish? Or do we just hear about it more often?
De Mornay, who has yet to prove she’s really an actress (as far as I’m concerned) has no current projects. Barton will appear in You and I (Finding tATu), Don’t Fade Away, Walled In, Assassination of a High School President, and Malice in Sunderland, all in 2008.
