Thanks to a scheduling mishap, Daniel Baldwin was shooting a film in Toronto, but was expected to be in court for an earlier DUI charged. A bench warrant was issued, but Baldwin’s lawyers appealed and won.

Baldwin will appear in at least five movies in 2008: Little Red Devil, Shadowheart, Dark Reality 2, Grey Gardens, and Born of Earth. I’m not sure which one he’s filming in Toronto, but it’s probably one of the latter two since the others are either completed or in post-production. He will still have to participate in a drug rehab program.
