Gossipers reported yesterday that Vince Vaughn is engaged to Calgary realtor Kyla Weber… but is a wedding really in Vince’s future?

Kyla’s father confirmed the Vince Vaughn/Kyla Weber engagement, so I guess it’s true!

Vince Vaughn is rumored to have gotten down on one knee to propose, presenting Kyla with a $125,000, four-carat ring on Valentine’s Day.

This is so money – Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau are reuniting for a new film called “Couples Retreat,” written by Jon Favreau and directed by Peter Billingsley. “Couples Retreat” will co-star Jason Bateman and Faizon Love.

The comedy tracks four couples going to a tropical island resort – one couple goes for therapy, while the others who come for fun discover they have to participate in the therapy as well.

Having Vince Vaugh and Jon Favreau together is always a good thing!

Reese Witherspoon Bothered By Upcoming Sex Scene in Four Christmases?

The movie Four Christmases (Dec 2008) is a comedy starring Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn. It seems that Witherspoon is balking at the way the sex scene is written. But as Page Six points out, with Vaughn being one of the producers on this project, the scene is unlikely to change. Body double time?

The other problem with a scene rewrite is that the Writer’s Guild is still on strike. In fact members picketed the Four Christmases set a few weeks ago, chanting “quiet on the set” and “no rewrites”. (Video clip below.)

Also appearing in Four Christmases are Kristin Chenoweth, Sissy Spacek, Mary Steenburgen, Robert Duvall, Jon Favreau, Tim McGraw, Dwight Yoakam, Stephanie Venditto.

Vaughn will also appear in Outsourced and The H-Man Cometh in 2008. Witherspoon will also be in Tokyo Suckerpunch.
