Actress Sienna Miller’s 26th birthday is today (Dec 28th) but that might not be all she’ll be celebrating. Boyfriend of five months Rhys Ifans (Notting Hill, The Replacements, Little Nicky, Vanity Fair, Hannibal Rising, Elizabeth: The Golden Age) is planning to propose to her.
