The latest Bond girl (seen in Quantum of Solace), Olga Kurylenko, has been named Maxim magazine’s Hottest Bond Girl Ever. Check out her sexy Maxim photo shoot in the video clip above.

Olga Kurylenko, the new Bond girl in Quantum of Solace, is going to have a very physical role in the movie, unlike the Bond girls before her. She’s doing weapons and other training for aerial and stunt work.

The movie, which opens Nov 7th, is currently shooting at a soundstage in London, with around 500 cast and crew members working six days week. Many of the crew have worked on previous Bond films.

Kurylenko will also appear in Tyranny this year. The first video clip below is of her from Hitman (2007). She appears around just after 1:00. The second video clip is a slideshow of some of her lingerie modeling shots.

The next movie in the James Bond franchise has the working title of Bond 22 and stars the current Bond, Daniel Craig (Casino Royale, The Invasion, The Golden Compass). And as any Bond fan knows, there’s always at least one hot young starlet known as the Bond Girl appears in each movie. The IMDB listing for Bond 22 lists two actresses, Gemma Arterton and Olga Kurylenko in the top billing. Either could be the Bond Girl.

A few days ago, the Hollywood Reporter said British newcomer Gemma Arterton is the new Bond Girl. But BBC News said yesterday that it’s former Ukrainian model Olga Kurylenko that is the new Bond Girl. Instead, as Geeks of Doom points out, Arterton is playing MI6 Agent Fields.

The movie continues on from the end of Casino Royale and opens Nov 7th.
