Justin Long is coming off of a breakup with Drew Barrymore.

Looks like Justin Long needs some time to heal his broken heart. He was to appear in Drew Barrymore’s first producing gig on a new comedy movie, but has instead decided to back out of the film.

Aw, you’ve gotta feel for the guy!

I love Drew Barrymore, but after two marriages (Jeremy Thomas, Tom Green) and two engagements (Jamie Walters, Fabrizio Moretti) at only 32, do she really want to jump into marriage after five months of dating Justin Long? Well, that’s actually a long time in Hollywood years, I guess.

Long is the guy that plays the “Mac” on the Apple vs PC TV commercials. He has also appeared in numerous movies and TV shows since 1999, including Live Free or Die Hard, Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. He’ll be in Patriotville, He’s Just Not That Into You (Aug 1), and Still Waiting, all in 2008.
