Rapper releases video directed by Heath Ledger – watch “Cause An Effect,” a music video that Heath Ledger directed for rapper N’fa Forster-Jones.

The Australian rapper released the video directed by Heath Ledger online on YouTube and MySpace – a 3 minute, 31-second clip that Ledger helmed shortly before his death.

Forster-Jones and Heath Ledger were friends since their childhood in Perth. The rapper’s video was shot in one day in Ledger’s beach apartment’s garage.

The 2009 SAG “In Memoriam” Tribute video presented at the January 25 Screen Actors Guild awards did not include Heath Ledger to many people’s dismay. Heath Ledger was included in the 2008 SAG In Memoriam tribute, despite the fact that he died in 2008.

Heath Ledger won a 2009 Screen Actors Guild award for Male Actor in a Supporting Role.

Heath Ledger received a standing ovation from the audience, a clip of his performance was show and Christopher Nolan gave a hearfelt speech in Ledger’s honor.

Michelle Williams shares how she has coped with Heath Ledger’s death in a recent Newsweek interview. It’s been 10 months since Heath Ledger died of an accidental prescription drug overdose and her grief continues, naturally.

Michelle Williams is trying to raise her daughter, Matilda with a normal schedule and plans to take a year off from acting, but grief is an ongoing process.

Michelle Williams says of Heath Ledger’s death: “It’s so sad. I guess it’s always changing. What else can I say? I just wake up each day in a slightly different place – grief is like a moving river.”

“It’s a strange thing to say, because I’m at heart an optimistic person, but I would say in some ways it just gets worse. It’s just that the more time that passes, the more you miss someone. In some ways it gets worse. That’s what I would say.”

Heath Ledger’s Daughter, Matilda, to Inherit Ledger’s Estate

Heath Ledger’s daughter, Matilda Rose, will be taken care of even though Ledger’s will was not updated to include his now 2-year-old daughter. Heath Ledger left his estate to his family, who has decided to donate his entire estate to Matilda Rose.

Heath Ledger’s state is said to be worth $20 million.

Heath Ledger’s father, Kim, said that the estate will go to Ledger’s late daughter, saying they planned it “from the moment my boy passed away. There was never any question about the fact that Heath’s estate would go to Matilda. Never a question. We are very close to Michelle and Matilda.”

Warner Bros. Re-Releasing The Dark Knight in January for Oscars

Warner Bros. has announced that they will re-release The Dark Knight in theaters in January – a play that no doubt has something to do with winning Oscars as it puts the Batman sequel back into Academy Awards voters’ minds again.

Oscar buzz has surrounded The Dark Knight, with likely noms to go to the director, producers and Heath Ledger, for his turn as the Joker.

The re-release of The Dark Knight in January would also help bump up sales – possibly getting it to the $1 billion worldwide mark.

Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell Donate Paychecks to Heath Ledger’s Daughter

Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell, who took on various versions of Heath Ledger in “The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus” after the actor’s death – are donating their paychecks to Heath Ledger’s daughter, Matilda.

Accordingt to “The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus” director Terry Gilliam, “They didn’t take money — it goes to Heath’s daughter. That’s extraordinary! And wonderful . . . and when you’re part of that, you think, ‘Ah, this is maybe why I went into the movies in the beginning. I thought it would be full of wonderful people.’ ”

If you recall, when Heath Ledger died earlier this year, his will was never updated to include his daughter, Matilda.
