Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will open in theaters July 17, 2009 and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson.

With the release date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince bumped, the teen vampire romance “Twilight” is taking Potter’s opening date. Twilight was set to open December 12, but now has a new release date of December 12.

Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (who, incidentally, played Cedric Diggory in two of the “Harry Potter” films).

Warner Bros. Pictures announced that the release date for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” will be delayed – opening on July 19, 2009.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is the sixth installment in the Harry Potter franchise. The latest Harry Potter film was supposed to open later this year.

Ooh… here’s the highly anticipated Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince trailer. The sixth installment of Harry Potter’s long awaited trailer is now up – so check out the video for all the wizardy goodness.

The Harry Potter trailer for the sixth installment of the franchise, “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince,” will be online today. Eager Harry Potter fans will get a glimpse of the latest sequel when they watch the trailer for Half Blood Prince, but still have to wait until November 21 to see the real deal.

The Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince trailer will be online today and in movie theaters Friday before “The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.”

Check out a photo from the Harry Potter trailer of a young Tom Riddle, who grows up to become Lord Voldemort. Interestingly, the young Voldemort is played by 10-year-old Hero Fiennes-Tiffin, Ralph Fiennes’ (who plays grown Voldemort) nephew. Very cool.
