The Weinstein Company, who is producing the Judy Garland bio said: “We are thrilled to have the brilliantly talented Anne Hathaway portray stage and screen legend Judy Garland. I have worked with Anne on projects in the past and have known her for many years. She will be a true class act in this challenging role.”

Three fans paid $12,000 once Anne Hathaway announced, “I’m not usually very forward, but I thought if there was ever a crowd for me to do something like this, this is my crowd so I would like to auction myself off. Disney’s “Alice in Wonderland” will star Mia Wasikowska as Alice and Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter.

For one, Vanity Fair is reporting that Anne Hathaway paid Raffaello Follieri’s $37,000 monthly rent for four months, until his lease ran out in June. The other details are about the quick break and his arrest – the two events were reportedly just six hours apart.

The Feds arrested Raffaello Follieri just six hours after Anne Hathaway broke up with him over the phone, reportedly telling him, “You were the love of my life. I’ll always love you. You know that, baby.”

Whethe Anne Hathaway assisted the feds in getting their guy, it’s certain that she’s better off without the con man.

After Anne Hathaway’s ex, Raffaelo Follieri, was arrested in June for fraud, the FBI seized her personal diaries to dig up more on the con man… but their were also naked pictures.

The Enquirer is reporting that one of the nude Anne Hathaway photos shows her in black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier with her breasts exposed.

It’s likely that the sexy Anne Hathaway pictures will be leaked online… but this won’t be the first time she’s bared skin – we’ve seen her girls in both Brokeback Mountain and Havoc.

“Get Smart” star Anne Hathaway broke up with Raffaello Follieri last month. The split was rumored to have gone down because Raffaello Follieri was bad for Anne Hathaway’s image and career. Smart girl.

Raffaello Follieri’s arrest comes after he has been accused of lying to investors and claiming to be the CFO of the Vatican. He will appear in Manhattan federal court Tuesday.

With the charges before him, Raffaello Follieri could go to prison for life.

The charges include six counts of wire fraud, five counts of money laundering, and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Get Smart stars Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway in the big screen adaptation of the 1960s TV show.

Mike Myers’ The Love Guru also opened over the weekend, but with poor reviews, the comedy only landed in the fourth place spot, earning $14 million.

Kung Fu Panda held its own, taking second place (with a total of $155.6 million so far) and The Incredible Hulk was third with $21.6 million.

According to Metacritic.com, Get Smart has so far received 14 critic reviews and has scored a 55 out of 100 score (mixed or average reviews).

The highest review is from Roger Ebert of the Chicago Sun-Times, who says: “It’s funny, exciting, preposterous, great to look at, and made with the same level of technical expertise we’d expect from a new Bond movie itself. And all of that is very nice, but nicer still is the perfect pitch of the casting.”

And the least favorable review from Newsweek’s David Ansen says of Get Smart: “In this distressingly generic spy spoof, it’s not Maxwell who’s clueless, but the filmmakers.”
