Her rep made this statement: “Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center. We appreciate your respect to her and her family’s privacy at this time.”

Tara Reid, probably most famous for her role in American Pie, checked in to rehab on Tuesday. Hopefully this treatment will get the heavy partier in check.
