Richard Widmark
The legendary Richard Widmark died at age 93 on Monday, following a long illness. Richard Widmark was best known for his Oscar nominated turn as psychotic killer Tommy Udo in the 1947 film “Kiss of Death.”

Richard Widmark also appeared in more than 60 movies during his career, including a role as Jim Bowie, opposite John Wayne, in The Alamo (1960).

Richard Widmark is survived by his wife, Susan Blanchard, and daughter from his first marriage, Ann Heath Widmark. His wife commented, “It was a big shock, but he was 93.”
