Drop at least one of the ridiculous, bathroom humor choices and put in "Hear My Song." Adrian Dunbar as roguish British nightclub manager “Micky” who has alienated his girlfriend with a scheme gone awry. The only way to win her back is to team up with his buddy James Nesbitt, “Fintan,” trek to Ireland, find an ex-pat opera singer (Ned Beatty plays Josef Locke), and convince him to return to England for a show. “Hear My Song” was directed and co-written by the director of “Shall We Dance.”
